This set of three linocut prints — a triptych — is dedicated to the birds that live right near us in the Netherlands: the cormorant, the wild parakeet, and the moorhen. Each bird is shown in its natural setting — perched on a lamppost, nestled in city trees, or gliding across a quiet lake. A celebration of local wildlife captured in bold, expressive lines.
Each design was created from real-life observations, hand-carved into linoleum, and printed with water-based ink on high-quality heavyweight cardstock.
Each hand-pulled print has its own character, with slight variations that make every piece unique.
